Revolving Door will be showing as part of this year's Bedlam Festival at The Birmingham Rep.
The play is always followed by a forum for discussion on the subject of suicide prevention. On October 8 2019 this will be in the form of a conversation between Dr Erin Turner and Jonny Benjamin OBE about suicide prevention.
Jonny attempted to take his own life some years ago by trying to throw himself off one of the London bridges and was stopped by Neil, a passer by. After a five year search for that person he found him and regularly works alongside him towards opening up the subject of suicide- and how random acts of kindness can go a very long way to its prevention.

In March 2019, Hearth Centre director Polly Wright toured her Arts Council England funded Work In Progress play as a series of rehearsed readings. Working with a fantastic cast, the readings were presented at Pentabus in Shropshire, Theatr Clwyd in North Wales, MAC in Birmingham and Exeter Street Hall in Brighton. After a successful run we look forward to bringing you more updates on the progress of the play. Read the story so far here.
